About the Conference

5th International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS - 2027) aims at bringing together researchers, scientists, engineers, research scholars and industrial participants from around the world on a common platform to share their experiences, new ideas, and research findings in the areas of Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This conference provides an international forum for sharing ideas, discussing research findings, and introducing theoretical and practical applications in these fields. Paper Submission

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high-quality, original, previously unpublished experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the conference. Submitted articles must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers must be written in English and prepared strictly according to the conference paper template. Manuscripts must contain a minimum of four (4) pages and a maximum of ten (10) pages, including figures, tables, and references. Papers will be evaluated by reviewers with relevant expertise. Authors must submit their papers through Microsoft CMT. Multiple submissions of the same paper should be avoided, as they may lead to cancellation of the submission.

Double-Blind Peer Review Policy

All papers submitted to ICICACS 2027 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, with each paper evaluated by a minimum of three independent reviewers with relevant technical expertise and no conflicts of interest. Papers will be assessed based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference scope, and clarity of presentation. Acceptance decisions will be based solely on peer-review outcomes and established evaluation criteria, in accordance with applicable IEEE publication ethics and review requirements.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is an unacceptable form of academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. All submitted papers will be screened using iThenticate to assess originality. The acceptable similarity limit is 30%, including references, subject to the conference's plagiarism screening requirements.
